CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDER
If you need to make changes to your order OR cancel it, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to change it. Please make sure to check you have selected the right size and color to avoid disappointment.
Refunds
We will try our best to refund the purchase cost of the product back to your cards with 14 days from the date of purchase. This process may be longer by 7 days for international refunds to countries we don't ship to other countries like the the middle east at the moment but this may change in the future. The product(s), Material(s) or service(s) must be in their original packaging, not used, and not opened or service(s) accessed or used otherwise there will be no refund or exchange this do not affect your right as a customer however we can look at each case on its own merits.
